The long chains also help reduce the intake of calories in our body (research clearly shows that calorie reduction increases lifespan). They are also more astringent (create a "tightening" or binding effect in the body). Long chains also stretch easily, capturing valuable telluric nutrients and valuable solar electrons which help restore/recharge the cells. Long chains also provide a boost to the immune system, especially the long chain structured polycharrides, which are found in medicinal mushrooms such as Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake,

The short chain molecules are quickly absorbed and give the cells of the body energy.

Medium chain triglycerides are water soluble and the more water soluble triglycerides,the more energy they will provide to the cells.

Long chains should be taken every 2 to 3 days and short chains daily where possible, as over the long term, longer chains only provide no significant gain, other than to waste the product.

A psychrometer or hygrometer willl measure moisture in the air.

Humidity in bathrooms is naturally higher due to water moisture and humidity. I have noticed that this contains the right levels for PH levels in the air for Ormus. Volcanoes, which spew large amounts of lava into the ocean, also create high humidity levels and moisture content, another location which Ormus in the air is present.

The new science known as "sungazing" when you look at the sun at sunrise or sunset, is when infrared rays are higher. These infrared rays help in the formation of Ormus in the air. Just as holes are punched in blue cheeses to create good bacteria, lava stone is also full of tiny holes called "pumice stone", which attracts moisture and the ormus elements in the air.

Recent research has shown that DNA repairs itself in only milliseconds. The ormus that gathers in the air occurs mostly at sunrise and sunset, which is also the time the sun moves fastest over the horizon.

Edward Leedskallin worked at night to levitate his large stone blocks. At night the PH in the air hovers around 9 to 10, making the raising of the PH in the air to the ormus harvesting conditions easy to create via an alkaline "spray" or substance.

 

The RNA/DNA Connection

 

The most powerful dna rebuilding foods are Ormus, and Bluegreen algae, which can also be found in Spirulina and chollera.

Gotu Kola, has been shown to protect DNA from radiation. Vitamin B12 is vital for DNA repair, and too much vitamin B12 willl cause cancer. Herbs high in B12 include Comfrey and Alfalfa.

Foods that rebuild DNA are sardines, human breast milk, brewers yeast, anchovies, lentils, beans, Animal Liver, Oysters, chollera and Spirulina.

Egg and Yogurt willl help increase the absorption and bioavailability of B12, as well as increase DNA and albumin levels. When albumin is heated it binds proteins.

 

DNA which is repaired by Ormus and Magnetic water has 2 strands composed of hydrogen bonds, which match the hydrogen bonds created by treating spring water with a magnetic water charger.

Because Ormus can be extracted from the air at the proper periods, Methylamine which is an important part of the DNA ladder, exists in air and also rainwater.

Garlic is full of adenosine, which heals and protects our DNA/RNA from damage. The bacteria microbes found in garlic feed on Omega 3 oils, which are found in coconut and omega 3 oils. The combination of these 2 makes for a very powerful dna repair and protection formula.

It is the medium chain triglycerides found in these oils that the good bacteria turn into potent microbiotic and anti-fungal disease fighting / prevention compounds.

When the intestine is at a slightly more acidic ph level, it helps break apart the free fatty acids. It is this breaking apart that creates the powerful microbials. Medium chain triglycerides go directly to the liver, rather than into general circulation. When circulation of oxygen in the body increases, DNA repair also increases.

Vitamin B12 also contains the metal ion Cobalt (found in high levels in the herb Comfrey). B12 also helps regulate homo cysteine levels in the blood, which if large enough can cause heart problems. B12 can be found in high levels in Egg Yolk, Yogurt and Sardines.

Sprouted Barley and Wheat and other grains are high in DNA repair elements, especially barley grass. Because DNA repair foods should be taken sparingly, foods such as Goji Berry and Barley Grass, which heal dna, are best as large amounts of these, you can't overdose on them.

Just one drop of an essential oil is so concentrated, it has over 40 million Trillion molecules. It takes only 1 molecule to connect and latch onto and open a DNA receptor site to provide communication. This communication than connects with the "template of perfection" filling in and rebuilding the body.

Nucleic Acids (DNA/RNA Proteins) are thee very foundation and re-building blocks of thee cell. Togetheer withe Folic acid, theey rebuild our cells and renew theem. Foods theat are high in nucleic acids can help rebuild our DNA and RNA. These foods should not be taken excessively, but in moderation. For example I take a can of sardines 2 to 3 times weekly, which is one of thee foods highest in DNA/RNA Nucleic Acids, and I have noticed a marked improvement in my skin tone and look younger.

Foods theat have high DNA rebuilding properties are:

Sardines (thee highest), Brewer's Yeast, Eggs, Yogurt, chollera, Spirulina. These are also alkaline proteins. Folate is also a necessary vitamin for DNA renewal and too much folate will cause cancer. The best way to get lots of folate witheout overdosing is via foods high in Folate, such as lentils. Vitamin B12 promotes nucleic acid production. Adenosine is a building block of RNA/DNA and can be found in high levels in garlic. chollera is also high in nucleic acids, which also detoxes thee body at thee same time it rebuilds and corrects DNA.

Garlic has also been shown to prevent breaks in DNA strands. Carrots have been shown to reduce DNA breaks as well as Tomatoes and Spinach.

Foods high in resistant starch have been shown to protect against DNA damage. A diet high in excessive proteins, especially when theese proteins go undigested are one of thee biggest causes of DNA damage to thee cells. Garlic which has high levels of Adenosine has been shown to protect DNA strands from breakage. The leaves of A. Ursinum or Alpine Wild Garlic has 20 times more Adenosine thean regular garlic. This garlic also grows at high elevations. Photolyases are known to repair DNA. Because repair of DNA is fast and only lasts fraction of a second, you only need take DNA rebuilding foods every few days. Blue Green Algae found in Spirulina and chollera is high in Phytolayses, and recent research has shown theat when visible light enters thee photolyase molecule, theis enzyme shoots life renewing electrons into thee parts of our DNA theat are damaged and broken and thean repairs theem.

This procedure has a 90% DNA repair success rate. It takes only a fraction of a second for thee Photolyase to do its work to repair DNA. Phosphorus is key to DNA repair. And once again, too much phosphorous will remove calcium from thee bones , causing osteoporosis. The Enzyme Connection

Certain Enzymes help ease digestion and promote healing in the body. These are Kiefer, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese. These all contain a certain enzyme called Aspergillus Niger. This important enzyme helps breakdown lactose and protein.

Sardines are high in the enzyme CQ10. All of these foods promote DNA/RNA rebirth. Out of all foods in the food kingdom, Sardines and fish have the highest levels of CQ10.

When you add copper to Aspergillus Niger, it quickly absorbs copper, which in turn boosts the SOD levels of the body.

There are 2 main classes of enzymes. Antioxidant Enzymes, which come in the form of alkaline proteins and digestion proteins, which help break down proteins and increase nutrient absorption and reduce the burden on the cells to create new digestion enzymes.

These enzymes love calcium carbonate. Enzymes promote cell metabolism, necessary to rebuild and deliver important nutrients to the cells. As the body ages, and reaches its final peak at age 43 or so, it needs enzymes, as well as Omega 3 and 6 oils to keep it functioning.

The reason people who eat Ginger, Ginseng and Spirulina live so long is because these foods contain powerful digestive enzymes, especially Ginseng (or Jigoulan), which is a digestive enzyme synergist. The Chinese herb Licorice willl also boost and synergies these important digestive enzymes.

Excessive consumption of soybeans willl affect digestive enzymes, probably due to their high phytic acid content, which draws out moisture from the intestines. Enzymes love a moist intestine environment, which is why the natural sugars polysaccharides moisten the intestine, making digestion easier. Vitamin B6 willl also help digest proteins.

Enzymes are also key to making the large molecules in food much smaller, allowing easier absorption into the intestine.

Enzymes willl also readily soak up an electrostatic field. Research has shown that enzymes will absorb energy from an oscillating electric field. This is similar to the electrostatic field which occurs at "life force intervals" when earth and the body are naturally aligning themselves with the template of perfection.

What is happening is that these universal templates of perfection are always made available, and the more the proper elements are in the body, the more the body willl "fill in this new template" of perfection, causing re-generation and re-birth of necessary areas of the body. You just need to know what to take, when to take it and not take too much of it. The special supplement Alpha Lipoic Acid is one example, it absorbs so well into the body that when you take it with a protein rebuilding substance, such as calcium carbonate, it helps rebuild the body.

One of the keys to filling in this template is to be sure that they are properly and thoroughly absorbed by the body.

The miracle food Ginger has 180 times the digestive power of the Papaya enzyme. Protein Digestion proteins are found in Kiwi Fruit and Pineapple. It only takes 1 gram of zingibain (found in ginger) to make 20 pounds of raw meat tender. That is how powerful it is. I have also noticed that when I soak wheat sprouts in Ginger, the Ginger enzymes stay in my mouth, so when I eat nuts (which are high in protein) they "fall apart" in my mouth. Also taking ginger every 2 days in a drink, stays in the stomach so long that eating proteins 48 hours after taking ginger, the protein digesting enzymes are still active.

Ginger contains the enzyme protease, which is also found in wheat. When you sprout wheat, you get 15 times the amount of protease.

Ginger can be synergiesd (made more powerful) with the Chinese herb Licorice, Black Pepper (high in good microorganisms) and Rosemary (a powerful preservative).

 

 

The Aerobic Cycle of Regeneration

It is the molds, Fungi and most of all the bacterias that rejuvenate the body. These bacteria most notably the aerobic bacteria which were the very first predecessors to the human mitchrondia, that are supercharged by Magnetic water.

This processs works because aerobic bacteria grow best in an oxygen based environment with lots of moisture and humidity. That is whey the blue class of cheeses are "spiked" or have holes punched in them after hardening, to encourage oxygen to penetrage the cheese. The same happens with pumice stone from lava, it has tiny holes in it, which attracts good bacteria and than growth occurs. When you turn over soil (also known as aeration), you increase the amount of oxygen in it, leading to healthy plants. This also removes unhealthy bacteria that gather in oxygen starved environemnts filled with ethanol and ammonia.

Aerobic bacteria also feed on the structural polysaccharides contained in chitosan. Essential fatty acids willl increase hemigloban oxygen hold capacity. These are found in Chia, Flax, Borage Oils and Sardines.

Aerobic bacteria grows best when the BZ of the sun is pointing north. When water is exposed to a south magnetic field, it inceases the growth of good aerobic bacteria. They also breed best in sandy soil sediments, and feed on the edible clay Bentonite clay. Clay has a naturally high electrical charge.

Spices that are high in good aerobic bacteria include;

Ginger, Chilli and Paprika.

E. Coli, another good/evil bacteria, is the most abundant aerobic bacteria in our stomach. Once again, eating foods that have E. Coli in them causes problems, but when the E. Coli is naturally produced in your body, it creates good bacteria, helping aid digestion and keeping the immune system helathy.

When you take Flax Oil or Sardine Oils, the aerobic bacateria "bind" to these items and help rejuvente and detox the body.

Aerobic bacteria also love to feed on the sulphurs such as that found in Blackstrap Mollasseas (the type that has sulphur in it) and chollera and beets.

During periods of natural high electrostatic field activity, such as 1/2 moons and just after a full moon, these aerobic bacteria become very active.

When you place bacteria in an anaerobic environment it willl help prevent oxidation and protect Vittamin C. Omega 3 oils willl increase cellular oxygen. Aerobic bacteria also feed on hydrogen sulphide, which is naturally found in our stomachs. Healthy levels of hydrogen suphide can be produced by having adequate levels of cysteine in the body, which is found naturally in yogurt and kiefer.

 

 

 

The very same herbs and foods that fill our blood cells with oxygen are the exact same foods that aerobic bacteria grow best on. When these aerobic bacteria come into contact with the sulphur amino acids in the body, especially the building block amino acids, cysteine and methionine, they immediately provide an instant "regeneration" effect in the body.

Aerobes thrive on cornmeal as a food source, as well as potato agar, which is used to grow mold in petri dishes. Aerobic bacteria cannot replicate or grow if the PH is highly acidic, usually below PH 4.6, they thrive in an alkaline environment.

The lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in yogurt and cottage cheese feed also on guar gum and locust bean gums. These gums have elastic properties and boost the production of good bacteria in the stomach. Aeroboes also feed on polysaccharides, which are present in high amounts in the superdrink Nini, spirulina, barley grass and chollera. The molds that have the highest levels are the hones that live the longest lives.

When you oxygenate the soil, it also draws down the Ormus that is produced in the air, at specific periods. This new oxygen draws down positive ions and electrons, whereas the ormus in the air has a negative net charge.

 

Cancer Killers

Although there are numerous foods and techniques that kill cancer, I willl list only the most powerful ones here:

A diet rich in copper and catalse foods

Taking lots of vitamin C and than doing lots of exercise targets and destorys cancer cells. This is becasue lactic acid, which builds up during exercise creates an anaerobic environment. Bad bacteria in the body are anaerobic. The vitamin C targets this Anaerobic bacteria and smothers it. Omega 3 oils willl increase cellular oxygen, which the good bacteria feed on.

 

 

Anti Aging Foods and their Traits:

They fight or eliminate cancer

They boost the immune system

The keep the blood sugar at healthy levels

They reduce appetite and keep it at acceptable levels, so your body is not always craving foods or nutrients

The amino acid ratios willl be similar to that found in the ratios of the amino acids of the body

They willl boost and maintain a healthy metabolism

They have diabetes fighting qualties

They lower blood sugar

They have properties that increase memory retention

They are easily absorbed by the cells and the intestines of the body

 

The Fungi/Mold/Bacteria Connection

The class of good fungi/bacteria for the body are the aerobic class of bacteria. These grow fast and quickly in mushrooms and yeast. These yeast feed on micronutriets and phytosterols, creating anerobic oxygen and fermentation, which in turn greatly increase the digestion of proteins, thus increasing nutrient absorbption by the body. Aspergilus Niger, which is found in yogurt and keifer and on the black mold of fruits is one of the most powerful bacterias used in fermentation. Although if inhaled Aspergillus Niger is extremly deadly, when used in fermentation it is very, very beneficial, easily and quickly breaking down proteins. Asperigius Niger willl also produce Catalase in the body, showing that when the stomach is able to easily digest proteins, nutrients are easier absorbed and catalase is more easily produced, as catalase should be at normal levels in the body at all times. Aspergillus niger is found in mediciaal mushrooms such as Coriolus Versicolor (Trametes Versicolor). This mushroom has been shown to increase Superoxide Dismutase in the body. It is also interesting to note that Aspergilus Niger is used to make Magnetic Isotopes, showing that it has polarities that can become uniform. Asperiglus Niger is also used to make High Frutose Corn Syrup and Citric Acid.

Another longivity mushrooms is Lions Mane (Hericium Erinaceus), it is also known as the Hedgehog Fungus. These types of mushrooms grow best in moisture and water with a reduced surface tension (which is also what magentic water does to spring water, it reduces the surface tension, making good bacteria more multiplied).

The medicial mushroom Maitake (which is abundant in polysaccharides ), grows easiest on cellulose and stumps of trees, especially Oak Trees (which is high in tannins and very astringent) and Beech Trees. Cellulose also happens to be one of the elements highest in polysaccharides, this is a sugar that mushrooms and fungi use as a food source.

The good bacteria in blue cheeses really comes from the saprotrophic fungus penicillium roquefort. Which is a powerful immune system booster. Soy Sauce, which happens to contain the digestion protein Gilidian is also high in penicillium roquefort. Soy Sauce is really a form of mold.

It is also interesting to note that bacteria willl grow easily when subjected to a 60hz sinusodal field with harmonics. This is the same frequency used to sprout soybean seeds up to 50% earlier. This proves that the soybeans only sprout faster because the freuqency is affecting the bacteria in the soybeans and "speeding up" the germination process.

Black and White Pepper, which are just loaded with microorganizms have been proven to increase nutrient absorption significalntly, especially when taken with Turmeric, proving that there exists a relationship between the bacteria in our stomaachs and the bacteria / fungi in mushrooms and other medicinal mushrooms.

Another is the famous mushroom/fungi Cordyceps. The very best Cordyceps to take is the one that has been cultured using the biomass method. This rseults in an extremely long fermentation time, taking up to 6 monhts. One brand that does this is called Cordygen5. What results in a cordyceps mushroom that is 95 times stronger than regular cordyceps.

It is also interesting to note that the alkaline protein chitin is contained in the cell walls of most of these medicinal mushrooms. Cintin is really a form of alkaline protein, which very easily traps "life force energy" and has been shown to have anti-gravity proerties, especially when exposed to an electrostatic field.

The longivity drink, wine, has also been shown to help digestion and is produced through a fugi process from yeasts.

The fermentation of yeast produces Glutatmate. Yeast are one celled fungi, like spirulina and chollera. The lactic acid bacteria are another class of fungi/mushroom that have longivity effects on the body. Mushrooms such as this are called Reishi. Another extreme longivity mushroom, that gives rise to the Santa Claus Myths, and was used by Arayn conquorers who conquored India (by the way, India is one of the few places in the world that has rarely been conquured), is the longivity mushroom, The Fly Agaric Mushroom (Amanita Muscaria), which has molecules so tiny that when you pee after taking it, is still in significant quantites in the urine. The mushroom is easy to identify with its red overall color and white spots, like the santa claus costume.

Another mushroom that is aerobic (meaning it absorbs oxygen and thrives on oxygen) is the Kombucha mushroom, which is used in many healing diets. Kombucha is produced via fermentation.

The Fungi's and Mushrooms, unlike the DNA rebuilding foods such as Spirulina and Sardines, contain 0 cholorophyl traces, meaning that the Fungi and Mushroom class of healing mushrooms serve merly to boost the immune system and heal the body, whereas the Spirulina, Yogurt and Cottage and other alkaline proteins assist in rebuildingn of the body via alkaline proteins.

By taking both Alkalilne Proteins as well as Fungi/Mushroom foods, you also provide a two way to keep the body healthy. A good example is to take alkaline proteins at early noon, and than immune boosting foods in later afternoon.

 

 

The Geomagnetic Connection

Numerous research studies, especially Russian ones, have found a link between high geomagnetic storms and human health. Geomagnetic storms also destroy power transformers. This is because the oil in them attracts the ions from a charged ionsphere and overloads them. The same happens with the cells in our body, if our fatty tissues are full of toxins, especially if we have excess levels of Vitamin A and E in our body (research shows that smokers who take lots of vitamin A get cancer really quickly), these same geomagnetic pulses acclumlate in the fats in our cells, causing disease.

Research has also shown that when the solar wind is above 350, people are generally more irritable and the body wears down much quicker. The main parts of the body affected by geomagnetic actvity, (both good and bad, good meaning during the life force period) are the metabolism processes of our lipids and phospholipids. Trans and unsaturated fats also become overloaded with toxins and burn out the cells.

A geomagnetic storm forms when the solar wind hits th eearth, causing a 'shockwave" about 3 to 4 days later, sending down extremly highly charged solar particles, which I call filiments, which now have new stronger polarities within them. If the solar wind is still at extremly high levels when the KP becomes extremly high (also known as earth's geomagnetic activity), the body becomes negatively affected by this higher geomagnetic activity. If on the other hand the solar wind is at "life force levels" between 280 and 320, and there are more cosmic rays and if the geomagneic or KP activity levels are stronger, than the body is benefically affected. It enters what is known as "life force levels".

You can test this for your self. When you take more Vitamin A or Vitamin E (usually found in carrots and wheat germ) right after a negative geomagnetic storm, these new oils (which are good oils for the body) and you take them before you go to sleep, you willl wake up the next morning refreshed, re-charged and energized, this is because the body now has new good fats and oils replacing the old. Fat soluble vitamins are notrious for gathering and harboring toxins, as are all oils, they attract and pull in toxins and hold them there. They easily can be removed by fat burning items such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Chitosan,Acetyl-L-Carnitine etc. So if you reall want to be perfect, take these right before a negative geomagnetic storm, to flush these negative fats out of the body.
